The Earthing Sheet will work fine in Europe with two-pin sockets, however, you would need to use an EU adaptor with the UK plug.

It is important to make sure that the adaptor has an Earth point (highlighted as no.2 in the image below), as this is required in order for the sheet to be Earthed;

Alternatively, you could purchase a separate Earthing plug for EU sockets and use this instead of the UK plug.
