Our return policy is as simple as it gets. Just let us know why you’re dissatisfied, and you can return your order back to us for a full refund. All we ask is that you have trialled the product for a minimum of 30 days. This is to allow time for the body to adjust and give a true reflection of the results.
To complete your return, please contact us for a return label to attach to your parcel and use the address on the label (please do not send returns to our office address). Refunds will be returned to your original payment method as soon as the item has been received and processed by our team.
General Returns
If your item is unused and in the original packaging, you are welcome to return anytime within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless in an unused condition:

We will only pay the cost of returning a product if it is faulty. Please contact us if you need to return any of our products.
Exchanges
If you order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@rowlandearthing.co.uk. We offer a free exchange or full refund on any damaged or faulty items. We will advise how to return the goods to us and we will cover the cost of this.
