Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment of order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
UK shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer free next day delivery on all orders in the UK. Our delivery options are as follows:
Next Day Delivery - 1 business day
FEELGOOD Eco Beds - Due to the bed frames being handmade, delivery normally takes 3 to 4 weeks to mainland England and Wales. Please also allow 5 to 7 weeks for delivery to Scotland. Free delivery to Scotland extends as far as a line roughly between Glasgow and Edinburgh and all points South. Any orders North of this line, please contact us for a quote.
EU shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer free shipping to Europe through our Rowland Earthing EU store. If you would like to ship to an EU address click here.
Worldwide shipping
We do not ship the Rowland Earthing Sheet to countries outside the UK and EU.
Delivery Terms
1. Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
3. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
4. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
6. Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
7. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
